Responsibilities

• Processing payment requirements and responding customer queries promptly and accurately.
• Collaborating with Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance and other counterparts to ensure optimum outcomes for customers.
• Dealing with customers' bank accounts and transaction related issues in an efficient manner via phone and emails.
• Compliance with bank policies and procedures to mitigate and manage risks.
• Ad-hoc tasks allocated from team leader and department head.
