Job summary

Alliance Automation in Perth is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead major automation and control system projects for Western Australia’s mining, energy, infrastructure and heavy industry sectors. You’ll own project outcomes, mentor engineering teams and drive commercial performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires proven project delivery skills, strong client relationships and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering or automation projects.
• Strong commercial and planning skills.
• Technical understanding of industrial automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading projects from scope development through to commissioning.
• Managing project budgets, schedules, resources and commercial outcomes.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams to successful project delivery.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Driving a strong HSEQ and continuous improvement culture.
