Job summary

Alliance Automation in Perth, WA is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead major automation and control projects across Mining, Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Industry.

You will own project outcomes, build client relationships, mentor engineers and drive safety, quality and commercial performance in a hands-on leadership role.

The Opportunity

Lead major automation projects from our Perth office and help shape the future of Australian industry.

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join Alliance Automation's growing Perth team. Working across Mining & Resources, Energy, Infrastructure and Heavy Industry, you'll lead the safe, profitable and successful delivery of complex automation and control systems projects for some of Western Australia's leading industrial operators.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll take ownership of project outcomes, build strong client relationships, mentor engineering teams and drive commercial performance. You'll be supported by a business that values expertise, backs its people and invests in long‑term career growth.
