Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Telco industry.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switch through mediation, rating, billing and reconciliation.
Oversee reconciliation controls and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues.
Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across interconnect, roaming, and third-party vendors.
Develop a strong financial control framework in the end-to-end validation process of settlements.
