Job summary

Optus is seeking a Senior Director, Credit & Fraud to lead the enterprise-wide credit and application fraud strategy, protecting the business while delivering great customer outcomes. This executive role drives risk governance, portfolio performance, and technology-enabled fraud prevention across the organisation.

As the Senior Director, Credit & Fraud, you will lead Optus' enterprise-wide credit and application fraud strategy, protecting the business while delivering great customer outcomes.
