Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in billing platforms, rating systems, mediation environments, and revenue assurance controls.
• Outstanding leadership and financial management skills.
• Ability to lead and deliver automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements within the Telco industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switch through mediation, rating, billing and reconciliation.
• Oversee reconciliation controls and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues.
• Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across domestic interconnect, international roaming, domestic roaming, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure a strong financial control framework in the end-to-end validation process of all settlements.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive operational controls across all processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
