Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switch through mediation, rating, billing and reconciliation.
  • Oversee reconciliation controls and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues.
  • Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across domestic interconnect, international roaming, domestic roaming, and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure a strong financial control framework in the end-to-end validation process of all settlements.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive operational controls across all processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Billing & Payments, the Associate Director, Settlements & Reconciliations Governance leads a critical operational function responsible for the integrity, control, settlement, and reconciliation of billions of customer and wholesale transactions annually.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of billing operations, financial governance, wholesale settlements, revenue assurance, and regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:

  • Lead the end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switch through mediation, rating, billing and reconciliation
