Job summary

First Focus in Australia is seeking a Technical Account Manager for the CORE offering. You will work with senior stakeholders to design how work gets done using AI, automation and modern workplace tech. The role focuses on turning strategy into practical initiatives and measurable business outcomes across multi-client engagements.

Bringing strategic thinking and commercial insight, you will drive adoption, build roadmaps and connect clients with the right platforms and experts to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience driving adoption, capability uplift or organisational change.
• Ability to identify opportunities based on business value.
• Practical understanding of AI, automation and modern workplace technologies.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn.
• Active use of AI and automation to solve business problems.

• Build trusted relationships with executives and department leaders.
• Identify and prioritise opportunities across AI, automation and process improvement.
• Develop practical roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
