First Focus AU is seeking a Technical Account Manager for our CORE offering in Australia. You will build trusted relationships with executives and operational teams, identify AI and automation opportunities, and develop practical roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

You will translate strategy into initiatives and drive adoption of new technologies to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to connect clients with the right specialists and measure value

Qualifications

Experience working with senior business stakeholders.
Translate strategy into practical business outcomes.
Experience driving adoption, capability uplift or organisational change.
Understanding of AI and modern workplace technologies.
Curiosity, initiative and a desire to continuously learn.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with executives, department leaders and operational teams.
