Job summary

Telescope builds API and white-labelled AI products for financial platforms, with a focus on capital markets. The Forward Deployed Product Manager will own customer relationships end to end, embedding with client teams to take AI products from prototype to production and expand accounts through demonstrated value.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role requires domestic travel to Sydney and Melbourne, with heavier travel in early partnership stages.

Qualifications

• Experience owning multi-stakeholder relationships across complex accounts.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products from prototype to production.
• Strong communication enabling credibility with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer relationships end to end, becoming their trusted point of contact and advocate inside Telescope.
• Lead deployments from first prototype to stable production, coordinating across product, engineering, and data teams to ship features.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into clear requirements, shaping AI product configuration and deployment for each platform.
• Prioritize the development queue, balancing customer needs, commercial impact, and feasibility.
• Keep customers informed on progress, timelines, and next steps.
• Grow and deepen accounts by delivering real value and identifying opportunities to expand scope.
• Identify risks and blockers early, maintaining smooth delivery without surprises.
• Provide field feedback to Telescope to influence future product development.
