You will collaborate with the Head of Product, Engineering, and AI Enablement Lead to shape the roadmap, build shared AI building blocks, and help squads scale AI responsibly with auditable rails and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with sound product judgement and stakeholder management.
• You have shipped LLM features to real users in production, ideally in fintech.
• You can build and test AI prototypes and work with engineers across depth.
• You size opportunities and measure uplift, prioritising outcomes.
• You communicate AI strategy clearly to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product AI roadmap with the Head of Product and prioritise features by net revenue uplift.
• Determine where AI adds value and build deterministic, auditable rails for money movement.
• Own delivery for a squad, guiding direction and production deployment of AI features.
• Prototype, test, learn, and scale AI features with engineering to production.
• Define shared building blocks and ensure platform needs meet product requirements.
• Help other PMs and squads build customer-facing AI features on the shared blocks.
