Job summary

Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission seeks a Strategic Advisor to support the implementation of reforms and advance the integrity system in Victoria. You will provide high-level strategic, policy and advisory input to the Executive Director – Operations, guiding organisational direction and risk management with senior stakeholders.

Role involves coordinating complex projects, interagency collaboration, and representing IBAC in government forums.

Qualifications

• Experience in VPS, statutory or integrity agency environment essential.
• Strong understanding of machinery of government, public sector governance and policy development.
• Executive advisory experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide authoritative strategic advice on operational priorities and integrity system matters.
• Lead and coordinate sensitive strategic projects aligned with IBAC objectives.
• Partner with senior executives to influence priorities and support informed decision-making.
• Represent the Executive Director – Operations in high-level forums and taskforces.
