Each is seeking a Senior Administration Officer for Better Connect, a program coordinating Mental Health and AOD services across Queensland. You’ll work with the Director and Leadership Team to coordinate governance, projects, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day operations, turning decisions into action and keeping priorities moving.

This role suits an organised, proactive person who builds relationships across diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior administration, executive support, office coordination or project support role.
• Experience coordinating governance committees including drafting agendas, minutes and papers.
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating meetings, projects and stakeholder activities.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with others.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Sound judgement and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate governance meetings, committees and stakeholder activities.
• Create reports, presentations, agendas and communications.
• Manage program workplans, reporting trackers and action registers.
• Build strong relationships with consortium partners and stakeholders across Queensland.
• Lead coordination of meetings, schedules and program activities across multiple workstreams.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects from planning to implementation.
• Maintain key program systems, records and documentation.
• Monitor deadlines, commitments and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities, solve problems and respond to emerging priorities.
