Each is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to support Better Connect on the Sunshine Coast region with hybrid working. You will work with the Director and Leadership Team to coordinate governance, projects and day-to-day operations.

This pivotal role suits an organised, proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, build relationships and ensure processes keep momentum across Queensland communities.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in senior administration or executive support roles.
• Experience coordinating governance committees, including drafting agendas, minutes and papers.
• Strong written communication with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience coordinating meetings, projects and stakeholder activities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate governance meetings, committees and stakeholder activities across a diverse consortium.
• Create reports, presentations, agendas and communications that support informed decision-making.
• Manage program workplans, reporting trackers and action registers to keep priorities on track.
• Build strong relationships with consortium partners and stakeholders across Queensland.
• Lead coordination of meetings, schedules and program activities across multiple workstreams.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects from planning through to implementation.
• Maintain key program systems, records and documentation to support quality and compliance.
• Monitor deadlines, commitments and deliverables to ensure momentum is maintained.
• Identify opportunities, solve problems and respond to emerging priorities in a dynamic environment.
