Job summary

Each is seeking a strategic leader to drive Better Connect across Queensland, delivering outcomes and strengthening partnerships with PHNs, funders, government and community stakeholders. The role requires building high-performing teams, managing complex service delivery, and turning plans into action across multiple locations.

You will lead change, mobilise resources and use sector intelligence to influence future direction while maintaining momentum and accountability for priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within health, mental health or related sector.
• Proven track record leading people and complex service delivery.
• Experience with funders, commissioners, PHNs, government or sector stakeholders.
• Track record converting plans into action with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in business development, service growth, commissioning, mobilisation or transition activities.
• Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across Queensland across multiple locations and partnerships.
• Build trusted relationships with PHNs, funders, government representations, service providers and community stakeholders.
• Turn plans into measurable outcomes with clear accountability and momentum to deliver priorities.
• Identify and progress growth opportunities to strengthen Better Connect’s impact across Queensland.
• Lead and support teams through change, growth and continuous improvement.
• Use data, insights and sector intelligence to inform decision making and future direction.
