Job summary

Postman, the world’s leading API platform, is seeking an Account Development Representative in Australia. You will uncover business needs for Strategic & Enterprise accounts, build a pipeline, and partner with marketing and sales enablement to hand off qualified prospects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify strategic targets, and use CRM to track activity daily. A fast-paced environment and proactive outreach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in business development, sales or related field.
• Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations – developers, managers, directors, VPs, executives is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced sales environment.
• Proficient with standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Create strategic targets with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities.
• Meet or exceed targets by engaging qualified leads and enabling next steps in sales cycle.
• Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and explaining product value.
• Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical information.
• Develop relationships to drive territory growth and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all prospect interactions daily.
