Job summary

Postman is seeking an Account Development Representative to uncover business needs for Strategic & Enterprise Accounts and build a pipeline for the sales org. You will collaborate with marketing, sales enablement, and management to create campaigns and move prospects to handoff for Sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in business development or sales, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are proficient with productivity tools.

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in business development, sales or related field.
Experience with lead qualification at all levels within organizations – developers, managers, directors, VPs, executives is a plus.
Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced sales environment.
Proficient with standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate new and expansion opportunities with strategic accounts.
Meet or exceed targets by engaging qualified leads and advancing the sales cycle.
Qualify opportunities by understanding business challenges and communicating product value.
Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical information.
Target strategic new prospects to accelerate territory growth.
Engage prospects identified through marketing efforts.
