Job summary

InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a VIC-based Account Manager to develop customer partnerships, grow accounts and win large-scale projects. You will work with the VIC Sales Manager to engage early in identifying opportunities, set pricing strategy and help drive margins in a fast-paced construction environment.

Ideally you bring experience in Precasters and Tier 1/2 civil infrastructure, strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in account management with CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in precast/construction; civil infra preferred.
• Experience in account management and business development.
• Full drivers licence; proficient in CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with current customers and seek new ones.
• Create and execute account growth plans.
• Identify new project opportunities and manage the project pipeline.
• Develop pricing strategy and improve margin management.
• Contribute to the sales forecast using knowledge of the customer’s business.
• Create value beyond price by resolving customer pain points.
