Job summary

InfraBuild Reinforcing, part of GFG Alliance, seeks a Victorian State Sales Manager to drive sales strategy across Victoria and lead a high-performing team. You will own relationships with Tier 1 clients, forecast budgets, and partner with delivery, commercial, scheduling and operations teams to meet KPIs.

The role demands deep construction market experience, strategic selling, and strong leadership to shape the state business plan and secure major projects.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background in building/construction required.
• Proven ability to lead and coach high-performing teams.
• Experience negotiating and securing large deals.
• Develop and implement tactical sales plans aligned to objectives.
• Proficient with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Account Managers.
• Grow InfraBuild Reinforcing's market position by deepening Tier 1 relationships.
• Build multi-tiered relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Forecast budgets and shape the state business plan.
• Lead bid development, pricing and commercial negotiation.
