Job summary

EML in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to develop and sustain trusted partnerships with agency stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and delivering value-added service outcomes.

This full-time role offers hybrid work options after probation, with opportunities to lead service improvements and contribute to a more resilient workers' compensation service. Based in the Sydney George Street office with flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workers compensation, injury management, claims management, client relationship management or a related field.
• Proven ability to build credibility, influence and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme, relevant legislation and contemporary injury management practices.
• Qualifications in Allied Health, Rehabilitation, Human Services, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with agency stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to understand business priorities and deliver value.
• Partner with agencies and claims teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and better outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate agency engagement activities, ensuring issues and opportunities are effectively managed.
• Identify emerging risks and challenges, working with stakeholders on innovative, sustainable solutions.
• Support delivery of strategic initiatives and projects that align with agency objectives and outcomes.
