Job summary

EML in Sydney is seeking an Account Manager to develop and sustain trusted partnerships with agency stakeholders, understanding their business priorities and delivering value-added service outcomes.

This full-time role offers hybrid work options after probation, with opportunities to lead service improvements and contribute to a more resilient workers' compensation service. Based in the Sydney George Street office with flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workers compensation, injury management, claims management, client relationship management or a related field.
• Proven ability to build credibility, influence and maintain effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme, relevant legislation and contemporary injury management practices.
• Qualifications in Allied Health, Rehabilitation, Human Services, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded

The Account Manager role is responsible for developing and maintaining trusted partnerships with agency stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives, priorities and challenges. The role proactively identifies opportunities to enhance service delivery, drives continuous improvement initiatives, facilitates the resolution of complex issues, and advocates for client needs to deliver meaningful and sustainable outcomes.

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Sydney George Street office with flexibility to work from home.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with agency stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to understand business priorities and deliver value-added outcomes.
• Partner with agencies, claims teams and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvement, enhance client outcomes and support positive workers compensation performance.
• Lead and coordinate agency engagement activities, ensuring client needs, issues and opportunities are proactively identified and effectively managed.
• Proactively identify emerging risks, trends and challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, programs and projects that support agency objectives, continuous improvement and organisational outcomes.

ABOUT YOU
