Job summary

The SEEK Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage an assigned portfolio of Recruiter customers, flexing coverage based on value and growth.

You will drive revenue, retention and product adoption targets, build trusted-adviser relationships with agency owners and senior decision-makers, and develop account plans in Salesforce.

Use data, analytics and market insights to demonstrate ROI, identify opportunities to expand across Job Ads, PTS, Role Insights and other SEEK solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales or account management experience.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in recruitment agency environment is preferred.
• Commercially astute with ability to grow share of wallet.
• Confident with data, analytics and CRM to diagnose needs.
• Learn and explain technology, products and models.
• Builds rapport via phone, video and in person.
• Team player with collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Flexible, resilient and self-motivated.
• Strong planning and time-management for a varied portfolio.
