Job summary

The SEEK Group is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a fixed-term role in Queensland. You will manage relationships, drive new product adoption, and grow revenue for SEEK’s Mid–Market Recruiter Accounts across Queensland. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and acting as the voice of the customer are key to success.

You'll lead growth strategies, monitor KPIs, and ensure optimal client experience while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with the national team.

• Proven experience in developing and growing solution sales relationships.
• Highly effective Sales and Account Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the client’s product and service experience with SEEK resulting in revenue contribution.
• Develop and execute growth sales tactics and strategies for the customer tier.
• Deliver recruiter segment goals and KPIs for the portfolio.
• Understand the competitor landscape and feed insights back to product/marketing.
• Drive quarterly portfolio plans to achieve targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update CRM with sales activities and client details.
• Lead customer research to inform solution engagement plans.
• Develop solutions for customers and provide feedback to SEEK’s teams.
