Qualifications

• 10–15 years in real estate with facilities account management strength
• Proven track record managing complex account structures across multiple teams
• Experience handling client and firm sensitivities, elevating when needed
• Ability to balance client interests with firm growth opportunities
• Strong leadership to build relationships with stakeholders and teams
• Results-driven, translating plans into delivery models and using data to adjust
• Excellent communication with leaders to foster trust and credibility
• Deep understanding of outsourcing, real estate fundamentals, and service products

Responsibilities

• Establish the vision and strategy for regional account plans and ensure service excellence
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders as the single point of contact for service delivery
• Lead a high-performing team with regular coaching and feedback
• Drive revenue and profitability by meeting targets and identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Develop and implement HX programs to deliver targets through annual surveys
• Oversee contract management and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
• Focus on facilities management and project management across office and tech lab facilities
• Drive regional initiatives with AI tools and technologies
• Champion inclusion and diversity within the team and engage in quarterly reviews across regions
