CHU, a leading Strata Underwriting agency in Australia, is hiring a Property Underwriter to join our growing team. You will handle renewals, new business and endorsements within your authority, delivering exceptional service and quotes promptly.

Bring at least 2 years in property underwriting, strong organization and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of the Strata management landscape. We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement across Australia.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in property underwriting.
Understanding of quality service standards.
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
Previous Strata underwriting experience preferred.
Knowledge of Strata Management industry.
Established relationships in broker market.

Responsibilities

Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service within agreed workflow timeframes.
Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements within your authority level.
Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and report on loss ratio.
Actively implement risk improvements on a regular basis.
