As an Underwriter, you will handle renewals, new business and endorsements, provide timely quotes, monitor loss ratios, and drive risk improvements. Prior experience in strata underwriting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in property underwriting.
• Understanding of quality service standards.
• Knowledge of Strata Management Industry.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements within your underwriting authority level.
• Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring and reporting on loss ratio.
• Actively implementing risk improvements on a regular basis.
