Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in property underwriting.
• Understanding of quality service standards.
• High level skills in organisation, time management & problem solving.
• Previous Strata specific Underwriting experience.
• Knowledge of Strata Management Industry.
• Established relationships in broker market.

Responsibilities

• Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service within agreed workflow timeframes.
• Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements in line with your underwriting authority level.
• Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitoring and reporting on loss ratio.
• Actively implementing risk improvements on a regular basis.

What your new job looks like

Reporting to the UnderwritingTeam Leader, this role will offer the successful candidate a wonderful opportunity to use your insurance knowledge and flair, working in a growing and high-performing team.The successful candidate must demonstrate initiative, a commitment to excellence in client service, must be a team player and have ability to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines.

The role will involve;

Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service within agreed workflow timeframes.

Underwriting renewals, new business & endorsements in line with your underwriting authority level

Provide premium quotes in a timely and professional manner

Monitoring and reporting on loss ratio

Actively implementing risk improvements on a regular basis
