Job summary

CSTM Strata Group in Newcastle (Maryville) is seeking a Strata Assistant to support Strata Managers with portfolios, budgets, notices, and meetings. The role is based in Maryville and offers a full-time permanent position with a salary package tailored to the right candidate.

You will liaise with strata committees and owners, ensure compliance with legislation, and nurture strong client relationships while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certificate of Registration (strata management) or be willing to obtain one.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Reliable car and NSW driver’s license.
• Strong written and verbal communication; negotiation skills.
• Willingness to collaborate in a team and share knowledge.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Strata Managers to oversee strata portfolios, budgets, and meeting notices.
• Prepare budgets and meeting notices, and help conduct meetings.
• Liaise with strata committees and owners and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and proactive problem solving.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
