Job summary

Precise Property on the Central Coast is looking for a Strata Manager to join our growing team. The role involves hands-on management of a portfolio, building strong relationships with owners, committees, and contractors, and coordinating meetings with agendas and minutes.

You’ll arrange quotes, oversee maintenance, ensure by-laws compliance and lead meetings with confidence while contributing to a supportive, down-to-earth team culture. Local applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata management or readiness to step up.
• Solid knowledge of current strata legislation and processes.
• Proactive, well-organised approach with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own portfolio of buildings.
• Building strong, trusted relationships with owners, committees and contractors.
• Coordinating and attending meetings (AGMs, committee meetings), including agendas and minutes.
• Arranging and overseeing quotes, works and maintenance.
• Ensuring compliance with by-laws and current legislation.
• Chairing meetings and guiding committees with confidence.
• Delivering a high level of service and supporting the wider team.
