R.E Talent is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to oversee a portfolio of buildings with a supportive team. You will manage relationships with clients, ensure compliance with strata and building legislation, and handle insurance administration as part of a well-structured operation.

The role offers a balanced, low-fuss portfolio in Sydney's eastern suburbs and southeast areas, with a culture that values ethics, experience, and long-tenured staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager, Assistant Strata Manager, or Junior Strata Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Strata and Building legislation.
• Ability to build relationships with clients using a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strata properties with support from an experienced team.
• Utilise Strata Master, FileSmart and Strata Connect for administration and file management.
• Provide insurance admin and compliance support as part of portfolio management.

THE ROLE.

Managing a well-oiled portfolio of approximately 50 Buildings/550 with a fantastic support of an experienced Team beside you, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a portfolio which is low fuss, and conditioned buildings

• Insurance admin & compliance manager to support

• Salary $100,000 to $125,000 + Superannuation + Car Allowance $10,000
• Schedule B’s $15,000 - $25,000 per annum
• Work from home: Post probation, 2-3 days

THE PERSON.

• Demonstrated experience and success as a Strata Manager, Assistant Strata Manager, Junior Strata Manager
• Class 2 License in Strata Managementor currently undertaking
• Strong knowledge in the Strata & Building legislation
