Job summary

R.E Talent in Sydney seeks a dual Strata Manager/Building Manager for Sutherland Shire/St George locations. The role is hybrid, 2-3 days on site, 2-3 days from home and 1 day in the office in South Sydney area.

You will manage a well-supported portfolio of about 4 buildings, handling strata and building legislation with a consultative client approach.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and success as Building Manager, Strata Manager, Assistant Strata Manager, or Junior Strata Manager.
• Class 2 License in Strata Management or currently undertaking.
• Driver's License and car.
• Strong knowledge of the Strata & Building legislation.
• Enjoy building relationships with clients through a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 4 buildings with experienced team support.
• Oversee insurance administration and compliance.

THE ROLE.

The role is a dual Strata Manager/Building Manager (Sutherland Shire/St George Locations)

The role is hybrid 2-3 days on site/ 2-3 days from home and 1 day in the office in South Sydney area.

Managing a well-oiled portfolio of approximately 4 buildings with the fantastic support of an experienced Team beside you, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants a portfolio which is low fuss, and conditioned buildings

THE PERKS.

• Salary $100,000 to $125,000 + Superannuation + Car Allowance $10,000 (higher end if strata experience lower end if only building management exp)
• Schedule B’s $15,000 - $25,000 per annum
• Work from home: Post-probation, 2-3 days
