SENIOR STRATA MANAGER / TEAM LEAD

Location: Sydney North Shore

Salary: $140k-$160k + super + incentives

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a highly established strata management business with a strong presence across NSW and QLD. They have a well-regarded team and a genuinely supportive workplace culture, with a strong focus on quality service and long-term client relationships.

THE ROLE

This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of a lean portfolio of approximately 300-350 lots, while also acting as a senior support and mentor to the broader team.

You’ll remain hands-on with your own portfolio while providing guidance, technical support and mentoring to assistants and other team members.

The role would suit an experienced Strata Manager who knows the industry back-to-front, is commercially minded and enjoys helping develop and support others. Previous team leadership or Head of Department experience isn't necessary- we're looking for someone with the right personality, technical expertise and desire to support those around them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 300-350 lots
• Provide mentoring, guidance and support to assistants and the broader team
• Act as a senior point of contact for complex strata matters
• Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
• Support the development and performance of the wider team
• Remain hands-on and involved in the day-to-day management of your portfolio
