Job summary

Sharon Bennie in New South Wales is seeking a Senior Strata Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio, starting with 10 buildings and expanding over time. You will establish reporting lines with Owners Corporation and Executive Committees, and coordinate AGM/EGM processes, quotes, repairs and budgets to ensure efficient scheme management.

The role requires prior strata management experience with strong knowledge of the Act, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Strata Manager with solid knowledge of the Act.
• Customer-centric focus and ability to operate autonomously.
• Strata license and a car with a driver's license.

• Prepare and undertake AGM's, EGM's etc
• Arrange access for quotes & repairs, and manage budgets
