Job summary

Gough Recruitment is sourcing an Insurance & Compliance Coordinator for a growing strata management business in the Sutherland Shire. The role covers end-to-end insurance and compliance across a portfolio, with ownership and scope for growth.

You will work closely with the strata team, insurers, brokers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely renewals, registrations and records management.

Qualifications

• Strata experience is essential.
• Experience in strata insurance and/or compliance highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident dealing with insurers, contractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Able to manage deadlines, renewals and competing priorities.
• Proactive and comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution.
• Assist with policy renewals and insurance documentation.
• Liaise with insurers, brokers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Coordinate AFSS inspections, repairs and submissions.
• Manage lift and pool registrations and renewals.
• Coordinate strata by-law registrations.
• Maintain compliance registers, records and key dates.
• Monitor renewals and statutory requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of strata plans.
• Provide administrative support to the strata management team.

Join a growing strata business and take ownership of insurance and compliance across a growing portfolio.

Our client is a well-established strata management business currently in a significant growth phase, having recently acquired four new agencies across Sydney.

With the business continuing to expand, they are looking for an experienced Insurance & Compliance Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strata experience who wants to step into a role with genuine ownership, responsibility and the opportunity to grow with the business.

The Role

Working closely with the strata management team, insurers, brokers, contractors and key stakeholders, you’ll oversee a range of insurance and compliance requirements across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing insurance claims from lodgement through to resolution
• Assisting with policy renewals and insurance documentation
