Job summary

Strathfield Partners Real Estate – Strathfield NSW is seeking an energetic Strata Assistant to support Strata Managers across residential and commercial portfolios. This admin-intensive, office-based role involves notes, minutes, correspondence, budgeting, and coordinating meetings, with some night meetings to gain knowledge.

You will liaise with owners, committees, and contractors, build relationships, and deliver accurate information, while developing towards a Strata Manager role through

Responsibilities

• Assist with overall portfolio management, including obtaining quotes, sending correspondence, and budgeting.
• Prepare meeting notices, minutes, and related documentation for strata bodies.
• Coordinate with Strata Committee members, owners, agents, solicitors, and contractors.
• Provide accurate advice and service based on analysis of property concerns.
• Attend regular meetings with Strata Managers and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain professional client relationships and manage admin tasks such as agendas and keys.
