Job summary

SSKB Body Corporate Management is seeking an Assistant Strata Manager/Strata Manager to join our client-facing team in Queensland. You will attend meetings, take minutes, manage administration, and support committees with budgets and financial reviews.

Starting with a small portfolio and receiving comprehensive training, you will develop your skills and progress to managing larger portfolios and leading a Strata Manager track with your own Assistant over time.

Qualifications

• Experience in strata or property management preferred.
• Full training and support will be provided by an experienced team.
• Success traits include being a solution finder, confident speaker, and effective researcher.

Responsibilities

• Meeting attendance and minute taking.
• Answering queries and providing advice.
• Preparing budgets and reviewing financials.
• Correspondence and dispute resolution.
• Ensuring timely responses to emails and phone calls.
• Writing correspondence, agendas and minutes.
• Advising the Committee and building relationships with the Committees and Owners.
