Archers the Strata Professionals – Maroochydore QLD is seeking a Strata Community Assistant to join our Maroochydore team. You will work with an experienced team and promote our values—Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.

You will assist the Strata Community Manager with daily portfolio management, support owners and committee members, prepare meeting agendas and minutes in a cloud-based platform, handle high-volume emails and calls, and coordinate maintenance quotes and work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office setting and strong admin skills.
• Proven customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Strata Community Manager with day-to-day portfolio management.
• Provide support to clients (owners, onsite caretakers, committee members).
• Prepare documents (agendas/minutes) before and after meetings using a cloud-based platform.
• Manage high-volume client communications via emails and phone calls.
• Distribute correspondence and attend meetings as required.
• Arrange quotes and work orders for maintenance and compliance.
• Maintain electronic filing of records and participate in education programs.
