Job summary

Stratacare Australia Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly, organised Strata Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. You’ll be the first contact for owner, committee and supplier queries, performing day-to-day financial administration and delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll enjoy a fast-paced team environment, have basic accounting knowledge, and be confident using Microsoft Office. Prior strata experience is welcome but not essential as we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and email enquiries relating to owner and committee finance matters.
• Respond to creditor and supplier payment enquiries.
• Contact owners regarding overdue levy accounts and payment arrangements.
• Assist with levy and account enquiries.
• Support the finance team with general administration and ad hoc tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and notes within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with body corporate managers and other internal teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Stratacare is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Strata Finance Coordinator to join our Finance team on the Gold Coast.

About the role

As a Strata Finance Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many finance-related enquiries from lot owners, committees, creditors and suppliers. You will work closely with our finance team to provide excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration of strata financial matters.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, has basic accounting knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Previous strata experience is desirable but not essential. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

Answer phone calls and email enquiries relating to owner and committee finance matters

Respond to creditor and supplier payment enquiries
