Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or strata claims preferable.
• Strong customer service background accepted from retail or call centre.
• Willingness to complete a police check and develop insurance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strata claims from lodgement to settlement.
• Support and guide customers throughout the claims process.
• Assess policy coverage and review supporting documentation.
• Investigate and analyse claims to support sound decisions.
• Set reserves and prepare accurate reports.
• Determine liability and progress claims toward resolution.
• Provide timely updates and deliver customer-focused outcomes.
