Job summary

Albury Community Strata is seeking a Strata Assistant to work with a Strata Manager, helping manage a portfolio of buildings and residents. You’ll support owners, property managers and tradespeople and ensure accurate record-keeping.

You will gain paid training and a clear pathway to NSW Certificate of Registration in Strata Management, learning from experienced strata managers and the Licensee in Charge.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with paid training and NSW registration pathway.
• Experience in administration, reception or customer service is helpful.
• Ability to communicate warmly and clearly with owners, managers and trades.

Responsibilities

• You'll answer levy questions via email and issue work orders.
• You'll prepare meeting notices and minutes and process renovation/pet applications.
• You'll welcome new buildings onto our books and keep records up to date.
• You'll help cover phones and info inbox to ensure courteous replies.
