The Role

As a Strata Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse portfolio, working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, balancing priorities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of schemes with the support of a strata assistant
• Attending and facilitating body corporate meetings, including minute-taking
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees and stakeholders
• Providing expert advice to clients
• Preparing and managing budgets
• Reviewing financial statements and overseeing arrears
• Resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner
