Job summary

Yeerongpilly Frog Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Officer for an immediate start in Brisbane's Inner South. This short-term assignment (6–8 weeks) involves handling a high volume of enquiries and order processing in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will process orders via phone, email and live chat, manage returns, maintain customer records and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team on an initial 6-8 week assignment.

Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of enquiries and order processing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chat
• Managing returns, exchanges, and customer enquiries
• Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing
• Making outbound calls to confirm order details and customer information
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet service and performance targets

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous customer service experience in a busy environment

• High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
