People2People in Brisbane are seeking a Customer Service Officer for an initial 6-8 week assignment in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role is Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, located in Inner South Brisbane.

You will handle high volumes of enquiries, process orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate customer records with a professional, confident phone manner. Immediate start with potential extension.

• Previous customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Order processing and data entry experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident phone manner.
• High computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous).
• FMCG industry experience (highly regarded but not essential).

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of enquiries and order processing activities.
