Frog Recruitment invites applications for a Customer Service Officer in Brisbane. The role focuses on processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chat, managing returns and enquiries, and maintaining accurate customer data in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Initial 6-8 week assignment with immediate start, Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm, located in Inner South Brisbane. Opportunity for extension and development within a respected industry leader.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident phone manner.
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Dynamics 365 (highly advantageous).
• FMCG industry experience (highly regarded but not essential).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Officer to join the team on an initial 6-8 week assignment.

Working Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while managing a high volume of enquiries and order processing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders via phone, email, and live chat
• Managing returns, exchanges, and customer enquiries
• Ensuring accurate data entry and order processing
• Making outbound calls to confirm order details and customer information
• Maintaining and updating customer records
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
