Job summary

Optus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Mirrabooka team in Australia. You will support the Store Manager to foster a high‑performance culture, coach staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and maintain a welcoming, customer‑first environment.

You will also oversee daily operations and help drive performance and efficiency. You will lead with integrity, manage escalations professionally and contribute to a collaborative store culture that values diversity and staff

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor and develop team members with clear guidance and feedback.
Maintain an energised, customer‑first environment that welcomes customers and staff.
Oversee daily operations, coordinate the team and improve service and efficiency.
Handle escalated customer enquiries with calm professionalism and de‑escalation.
