Job summary

Bernardi Group is seeking a Store Support Lead in NSW to act as Manager on Duty and guide Customer Service Assistants toward delivering strong results. You will drive KPIs, brand loyalty and oversee payroll, cash handling, stock, cleanliness and safety.

You will lead training, scheduling and development of the team, partner with the Store Manager and corporate office on store issues, and ensure SOPs are followed while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with directing Customer Service Assistants and acts as Manager on Duty.
• Drive key performance indicators and brand loyalty.
• Lead Front End Operations and training of staff on customer service values.
• Ensure fast, friendly checkout service and store cleanliness.
• Assist payroll process and ensure payroll is within budget.
• Drive store sales and control expenses.
• Assist in merchandising procedures and stock management.
