Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of our growing Australian retail locations. You will drive team performance, customer experience and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment, delivering strong commercial outcomes and executing product launches and campaigns.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure visual merchandising and policies are followed while maintaining a customer-first culture.
