Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Melbourne store to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, help recruit and train new hires, and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment ahead of a new store opening in Chadstone in November 2026.

The role emphasizes people leadership, KPI-driven performance, inventory control and a strong customer focus across weekly product launches and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop the team, coaching and motivating staff (up to 18 people).

• Drive commercial results by achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with roster planning and workforce management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation standards.
• Support product launches, promotions and peak trading periods.
