Job summary

POP MART is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee six high-volume stores across NSW and lead a team of around 70 employees. This hands-on role focuses on developing store leaders, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a rapidly expanding Australian market.

You will spend substantial time in stores, champion a high-energy, people-focused culture, and guide commercial strategies to elevate the NSW retail portfolio.
