Job summary

POP MART in Sydney is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to lead shifts and support store leadership, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive sales through upselling and engagement, open and close the store, coach team members, and uphold high standards of presentation and service during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' retail experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Senior Sales Associate, Keyholder or Team Leader experience is highly regarded.
• Experience opening and closing a retail store.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service and store standards.
• Ability to take accountability for store performance during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support store leadership.
• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering key business objectives.
• Resolve operational or customer issues; make confident decisions.
